These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fintechbotfocused.com and our community, the Automated Trading Network (together, the “Service”), operated by FintechBotFocused (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or requesting to join the Automated Trading Network, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or join the Automated Trading Network.

2. Accounts and Membership

  • You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Membership in the Automated Trading Network is by application. We review every request and may approve or decline it at our sole discretion.
  • The answers you give in your membership application must be truthful.
  • One person, one account. Don’t impersonate anyone or create accounts to get around a decision we’ve made.

3. Community Rules

The Automated Trading Network is strictly for discussing automated trading. When you post, you agree to follow these rules:

  • Automated trading only: bots, algos, strategies, backtesting, tools and data.
  • No spam and no self-promotion: no selling signals, courses, referral or affiliate links.
  • Be respectful. No harassment, scams or "guaranteed profit" claims.
  • Never share API keys, passwords or account details, yours or anyone else's.
  • Nothing here is financial advice. Do your own research.
  • Don’t post anything illegal, malicious code, malware, or content you don’t have the right to share.
  • Don’t post other people’s personal information.

4. Moderation

All posts and replies are reviewed by a moderator before they are published. We may decline or remove any content, and we may suspend or remove any member, at any time and for any reason, including breaking these Terms. We are not obligated to explain moderation decisions.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute your content as part of the Service, including showing it publicly and in search engines. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to post it.

6. Not Financial Advice

Everything on the Service, including articles, videos, tools and member posts, is for educational and informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Trading, especially automated trading, involves substantial risk of loss. Code, strategies and bot setups shared by members are provided as-is and have not been reviewed or verified by us. You use them entirely at your own risk. See our Disclaimer.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service links to and relies on third-party services (such as Google, YouTube, exchanges and trading platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, content or links, including links posted by members.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FintechBotFocused will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any trading or financial losses, arising from your use of the Service or any content on it, including content posted by other members.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FintechBotFocused harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Ending Your Membership

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@fintechbotfocused.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Sections 5 through 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, post a notice in the community. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
